COMPANY'S MILESTONES

Thirtythree was founded in early 2009 with the vision of being a leading boutique and franchise management company in Singapore. The Company started with the acquisition of the master franchise rights for Singapore of the popular US brand of ice cream cafe - Marble Slab Creamery. The first Asian flagship creamery opened in July 2009 and development of the brand through sub-franchising was rapid following the success of the flagship store. Thirtythree was also one of the four finalist for the Promising Franchisor of the Year Award by the FLA Award 2010, organized by the Franchise & Licensing Association of Singapore. Marble Slab Creamery has grown to be one of the most reputable chain dessert cafes in Singapore with locations islandwide.

In December 2013, the Company started its own in-house brand HIC, an organic cold pressed juice and juice cleanse brand operating on e-commerce. With the Company's expertise in product development, branding and marketing, the HIC brand was met with great success and became the number one brand in this growing sector. Since 2015, the HIC brand has grown from e-commerce to retail brick and mortar shops, cafes and also launched a new food-tech mobile juice delivery service launched under the HIC&RUN brand to reach every single household in Singapore. HIC will also launching Singapore's first Juice ATM vending machine islandwide in the last quarter of 2016.

Thirtythree moved into a brand new premise at Pandan Loop in January 2016. The bigger premise allowed for greater production expansion for her F&B brands. The Company attained the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certification for its production facilities in June 2016. The Company is also in the process of getting the Halal certification by MUIS for the same premise.

In February 2016, the Company confirmed an equity investment of $1.1 million to be injected into the Company for its growth plans in 2016.

In August 2016, Thirtythree acquired a local food produce brand - The Edible Co. The Edible Co is known for small batch artisanal produce of real honest eats, including granolas, muesli, nuts and seed snacks.

After success of HIC, Thirtythree is developing a new artisanal chocolate dessert cafe concept - The Dark Gallery, slated to be launched in early 2017.

Thirtythree has also established her first overseas presence through a fully owned subsidiary in Malaysia - Thirtythree Brands Sdn Bhd, and will be launching her brands in Kuala Lumpur in 2016 - 17.
